We have programs for those new to basketball and experienced players. Check out our offerings below.

D1 Separation Summer Workouts- ALL LOCATIONS

 

Separation Season is here for the players, and we have put together a package for our athletes this summer. We will have be offering 27 workouts this summer with D1. These workouts will be held at the following locations:

D1 Johnson City

D1 Hardin Valley

D1 Blount County( yes it will be open)

D1 Chattanooga

 

June Dates:

3,4,6,10,11,13,17,18,22,23,25

July Dates:

1,2,3,8,9,11,15,16,18,22,23,25,29,30

August Dates:

1

Times:

3rd-5th Grade: 9-10am

6th-9th Grade: 10-11am

*** The groups will be limited to 20 kids per class, so don't wait to sign up***

Little Hoopers

 

Little Hoopers is our entry level program to the game of basketball. We have created a fun, learning atmosphere where players beginning the game will have a place for introduction and repetition of fundamental skills and drills. Players will learn fundamentals of shooting, passing, dribbling and begin to work their way into individual defense and offensive play in competitive 2x2 and 3x3 games.

Players need to bring water and a basketball, we will have some extra basketballs there as well.

The curriculum was created to really focus on improving the players with actual game repetition. We do not have any age based requirements, but this a entry level program.

July 15,17,19,22,24,26,29,31

Session 1: 6-7

Each session is limited to 25 kids, that way each kid gets a lot of reps in the workout.

Little Hoopers will be based on the following:

  • High Fives & Smiles
  • Interactive Games
  • Sportsmanship
  • Confidence
  • Basic Fundamentals
  • Active Lifestyle

 

 

The Academy

The Academy is our new exciting program that is based on Player Development. This program will consist of our 4 different types of player development workouts:

1) Finishing- Working on finishing around the basket with different footwork and angle of finishing.

2) Conceptual- Game action based workouts

3) Shooting- Building your shot from the base up. This will be really focused on building your shot  to improve consistency and range.

4) Toughness- High intensity and physical workout

The curriculum was created to really focus on improving the players with actual game repetition. We do not have any age based requirements, but this is not a entry level program. This program was put together with Driven Hoops, USA Basketball and TN United Basketball Club.

Each session is limited to 20 kids, that way each kid gets a lot of reps in the workout.

 

Each kid will receive a t shirt.
