Wednesday Night Shooting

Sunday Night Shooting

Wednesday Night Shooting is Tennessee United’s midweek skill lab built for players who want to become confident, consistent shot-makers.

Designed for K–12th grade boys and girls, WNS focuses on high-repetition, game-realistic shooting in a structured, professional environment. Players refine mechanics, improve footwork, and build rhythm through detailed instruction and competitive reps — all without overloading their bodies during the season.

With small group coaching and a commitment to the Orange Standard, WNS helps athletes sharpen their jumper, strengthen their confidence, and separate themselves one shot at a time.

High reps. High detail. High standards.

The ideal in-season shooting program to keep your game sharp.

Sunday Night Shooting is a low-intensity, high-repetition shooting clinic designed to help players maintain confidence, consistency, and efficiency throughout the long winter season. While games and practices can be demanding, SNS provides the perfect weekly reset—allowing athletes to focus purely on shooting mechanics, rhythm, and game-realistic reps without overloading their bodies.

SNS is built around the belief that great shooters are made through repetition, discipline, and attention to detail. By prioritizing form shooting and game-type shots, players are able to sharpen their jumper, reinforce proper mechanics, and build confidence that translates directly to game performance.

What We Focus On

  • Form shooting & footwork

  • Spin-outs & dribble-outs

  • Catch-and-shoot reps

  • Shooting off the dribble

  • Shooting on the move & motion shooting

  • Game-speed shot preparation

Each session is capped at 25 players and broken down into small groups (5 players per coach) to ensure maximum reps, personalized instruction, and meaningful feedback.

Program Structure

  • Low intensity, high reps – perfect for in-season athletes

  • Emphasis on mechanics, consistency, and confidence

  • Positive, detailed coaching and constructive feedback

  • Built to complement—not compete with—team practices and games

The final week of the program features our United Shooting Competitions, giving players a fun, competitive environment to showcase improvement and confidence gained throughout the clinic.

The TN United Difference

How great of a shooter a player becomes ultimately depends on their commitment and willingness to make positive changes. At TN United, we provide the tools, teaching, and mindset needed to support that growth—combining technical instruction with mental approach and encouragement to help athletes reach their potential.

Sunday nights are for getting reps, building confidence, and staying sharp.
SNS is where players separate themselves—one shot at a time.
