Spring & Year-Round Club Teams
Grades 6–12 | September – July
Tennessee United Spring Teams are built to meet players where they are—without lowering the standard. Designed for 6th grade and above, our program offers three competitive levels within one unified system, ensuring the right fit for each athlete while maintaining elite coaching, curriculum-based development, and opportunity.
Our season runs September through July, with some teams concluding earlier based on competitive schedules. Regardless of level, every player follows the same curriculum, trains with purpose, and receives the same intentional coaching.
Three Levels. One Standard.
All Tennessee United Spring Teams operate under the Orange Standard and the One More mindset.
The difference between levels is competition and travel—not coaching quality or development.
Program Comparison
| Program Level | Competition Level | Travel Scope | Primary Focus | Best Fit For |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 🟧 Orange | Highest / Elite | National & top regional events | Advanced skill development, game IQ, elite competition | Players seeking the highest level of challenge and commitment |
| 🔵 Blue | Competitive | Primarily regional | Strong development with competitive regional play | Players ready to compete and grow without heavy national travel |
| ⚪ White | Developmental | Local (1–2 trips within 3 hours) | Fundamentals, confidence, long-term growth | Players wanting a professional, structured experience close to home |
All three levels follow the same Tennessee United curriculum, receive the same training, and are coached by the same staff.
The difference is where and how often teams compete—not how players are developed.
Which Team Is Right for My Player?

Orange is ideal for athletes who thrive in demanding environments and are ready for elite competition and exposure.

Year-Round Training & Player Development
Training is a cornerstone of the Tennessee United experience.
Two training sessions per week throughout the season focus on:
-
Strength and speed development
-
Skill work and fundamentals
-
Shooting reps and confidence building
-
Movement, balance, and coordination
Weekend Training: All-year training at Triple F on Saturday and Sunday evenings, rotating between:
-
Fundamental skill work
-
Speed & strength development
Players are split into two groups to maximize quality reps and attention.
Winter Development Focus
During the winter months, training shifts to player development only, giving athletes tools they can immediately apply during their school season. These sessions are designed to complement—not replace—school practices, helping players stay sharp, strong, and confident.
More Than Basketball
Tennessee United Spring Teams are about developing the whole athlete:
-
Teaching concepts, not just set plays
-
Developing basketball IQ and decision-making
-
Film study education—how to watch, learn, and grow from film
-
Mental performance Zoom sessions focused on confidence, focus, and habits
-
A professional, organized experience for families
Season Structure by Level
-
Orange: February–July | Highly competitive schedule with exposure events
-
Blue: February–July | Mix of regional events and local competition
-
White: Majority local events with 1–2 out-of-town tournaments (within 3 hours)
